Heres what to expect from your experience with Something Meaningful. From the first consultation to the final delivery, I’m here to ensure every step is filled with joy and anticipation, creating memories that will be treasured for a lifetime

BOOKING YOUR SESSION
Get in touch via the contact form I’ll send you all the information you need for booking your session.
Once you’ve completed your Portrait Agreement & Session Fee, were all set!
Everything you need to prepare for your session will be send straight to your inbox

BEFORE YOUR SESSION
You will be sent a session reminder email confirming the finer details such as date, time, location etc.
It will also have a few last minute reminders and tips to help prepare for your session with Something Meaningful.
If you are unwell or need to reshedule for any reason, this is your oppertunity to do so.

THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION
On the day of your session, we will meet at our location or in the studio.
This is when the magic happens!
Its so important for you and your family to relax and enjoy the experience that is custom photography. A fun and relaxed session can result in the great portraits you aim for and can treasure for a lifetime.
Depending on your session, expect it to take between 2-3 hours for a newborn photography session and 45 – 90 mins for all other photography sessions..

AFTER YOUR SESSION
I’ll send you another email to follow up our fabulous session along with links to see your sneak peek images posted on social media (facebook/Instagram).
This is where you share the gorgeousness with your friends & family!
In this email you’ll also recieve my next avaible dates for your viewing & ordering appointment.

VIEWING YOUR IMAGES
This is the best part!
After I have selected the best images (usually around 50) from your session, we’ll sit down together in your in-person viewing appointment to view all the gorgeous images in your gallery.
This is also when you get to ooh and ahh at all the beautiful photo products on display in the studio. Everything on display is available to purchase as per the Product Guide. So feel free to touch and get to know your favourite products so you know what your getting for your own walls.

ORDERING YOUR IMAGES
Ordering of your photo products is done at your in-person viewing session.
We’ll sit down together and go through each image and pick out your favourites and how you would like to display them.
All decision makers should be present and this session (leave the kiddos at home if you can). Make sure to have a discussion about your favourite products to make for an easy ordering session.
Payments can be made by bank deposit or cash. Payment Plans are alos vailable.

ORDER PRODUCTION
After reciept of full payment your order will go into producion.
Images will be lovingly hand retouched and printed photo products will be ordered from my professional print labs.
Please note that all orders may take around 4-8 weeks to be fulfilled.
